How do I know Now Thats Hard uses real doctors?
All doctors we work with are certified and licensed in the states where they provide medical practice and prescribe medications.

Who are your doctors?
Our team of providers come from USA Doctor Network and incudes Registered Doctors (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physicians Assistants (PA) & Registered Nurses (RN) who are licensed to practice in respective states and are committed to delivering quality care.

How quickly will your review my request for treatment?
As soon your request is received along with the complete questionnaire form, your information will be forwarded to a licensed healthcare provider, you will be notified within 24 hours of request submitted. Now Thats Hard providers are available for the consultation services from 8AM- 12 AM in your local time zone. You may be contacted by provider to discuss your medical conditions if needed. However, check your email. spam folder, and missed calls, if provider needs any additional details before ordering your prescription, they will communicate with you via email or call. In case of an unanswered response from patient the consultation process and prescription orders may get delayed.

Does everyone who gets a prescription through Now Thats Hard have the opportunity to talk to a doctor?
Based on State telemedicine regulations, some states require a need for a Video/ Phone consultation, some states do not require video or phone consultation.
Most of our services will not require any video consultation, provider may prescribe medication after reviewing the complete questionnaire form based on their discretion.

How much is the consultation fee?
Majority of our services starts at $29.99 per consultation, however few consultations cost start at $49.99 per consultation.

Can I get my prescription sent to a local pharmacy?
Yes absolutely. If you want to get your prescription filled at your local pharmacy, please provide the pharmacy details in the questionnaire.

Can Now Thats Hard share my medical records with my primary care physician?
Yes absolutely. With your authorization we can share the medical records with your primary care physician. Please email us at info@pioneertelemedicine.com for your request.

How can I delete my account?
Please email us at info@pioneertelemedicine.com for your request and we will unsubscribe you from all forms of communications. However, if you have received a prescription from Now Thats Hard, we cannot delete your prescription and personal information, which is a medical record and needs to be retained.

Why Do I need to participate in live video consultation?
Each state has specific requirements for telemedicine. Depending on the severity of your condition and preference, we may conduct a live video consultation.

What should I do if I do not receive an email confirmation?
Check your spam folder or trash folder before contacting the customer service at info@pioneertelemedicine.com.

Do you treat any major emergency cases?
No, we treat mild and uncomplicated conditions only. If you experience any severe symptoms or have any MEDICAL EMERGENCY, SEEK IN-PERSON EMERGENCY CARE IMMEDIATELY OR DIAL 911.

Who can use Now Thats Hard?
You must be 18 years or older to use the Now Thats Hard services in most cases.
However, for few services such as birth control patient’s age must be 13 and above. Minimum age requirements for birth control vary by state, please check your local laws for clarification.

If I have any questions after my consultation, can I contact my Now Thats Hard Provider?
If you have any additional questions after consultation, please email us at info@pioneertelemedicine.com. We will update your request. You will receive a response from the support team.

How can I cancel my consultation form after it has been submitted?
Yes, our support team will always assist regarding your cancel request, please email us at info@pioneertelemedicine.com. Once the consultation request has been reviewed by the doctor or if the prescription has been ordered to the pharmacy, you are not eligible for cancellation or a refund.

What if I would like to get any specific medication?
If you are currently taking any medication or want to renew your prescription, please mention preferred medicine information in questionnaire form. Doctor will review the information and If it is necessary for the current treatment, doctor may order your preferred drug as long as the medication is not controlled.

Do you accept Medicaid/Medicare Insurance?
We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare, or any Government funded Insurance Plans.

Will my insurance cover my medicines?
Yes, your insurance will cover your medication at your selected pharmacy, if elegible.

What is Now Thats Hard refund policy?
Consultation fee is non-refundable, once the consultation request has been reviewed by the doctor or if the prescriptions has been ordered to the pharmacy you are not eligible for cancellation or a refund. How do I get refills?
Your selected Pharmacy will fill your approved refills of your prescriptions and can set you up for the automatic refills with your authorization until the prescription is valid. If you run out of the medications, then you will need to have a new consultation with the Now Thats Hard provider later prescription will be ordered based on the provider’s discretion.

Who do I pay for my medicine?
Based on your choice of pharmacy (Partner Pharmacy or your preferred local pharmacy), payments will be made to the fulfillment pharmacy.
